Hi, I’m new here so if this is in the wrong place then I do apologise. My problem is I redeemed my rewards yesterday for fm5 and I got the message and everything, I downloaded them like I have done before but this time they haven’t been added to my account. Is there any chance somebody could look into this? My gamer tag is baiiley19, I’d be very grateful. Thank you
The same thing happen to me Yesterday as well. I never had this problem before so let’s hope it’s solved soon.
most likely has something to do with the horrific server problems that are still happening
Yesterday I redeemed my rewards and waited about 4 hours to get the message in my game. So when I got the message I click it and it stated that I received the credits but then never really did get them. Before anyone comments on this with the email that’s always provided it doesn’t work. They reply back in like 10 seconds and give you 3 options in witch non of them relate to this problem. So if anyone has info on this or has been in the same situation please give me a heads up thanks.

I hope i’m not the only one that experianced this but recently the servers on Forza 5 have been acting up for me in which i would not receive any messages from Turn 10 or even play the multiplayer, this didn’t bother me that much but one thing that did happen that really annoyed me was i recently redeemed my rewards for this month and on the website it said that credits would be deposited into my Forza account soon which sounded great, so i hope back on Forza 5 and due to the servers going up and down i just mannaged to get claime my credits through the message that Turn 10 had given me, and thought after a while i would have the credits ready to spend of some brand new cars but after several hours i did not recieve any credits what so ever, so i left it until the next day to see if it would sort itself out but apparently it hasen’t and it looks like i’ll have to wait until next month to claim my reward credits again, so anybody can help me out with this i will be thankful.
I had the same issue last night, September 07, 2014. I redeemed my rewards and the Forza site stated “It may take up to 4 hours to receive the rewards.” Checked again this morning and nothing had came through as of 08:00 AM. Hope they work out the issue; sounds like it may be a server issue from previous post.
When I redeem mine it says it can take up to 24 hours.
Quite strange, the same happened to me. (In-Game) I redeemed the million dollar reward except the servers timed out as I was loading it and received no money which I didn’t mind but when the servers reconnected the reward message was gone 
, as well as no money for amazing cars lol. I hope Forza support can compensate us or something, that would be nice!!!
i claimed the reward in the redeem reward section and it came and when it came i downloaded it but then it said try again later
and the dissaperad any ideas ???
I have redeemed them two different times. Everytime I have tryed they won’t show up on my game. What can I do to get my credits or do to get them next time ???
Another one here. The servers seem to be working OK now but I still haven’t got my credits.

Hi the same has happened to me ive been waiting 3-4 days since i redeemed my 1 million rewards credit on forza 5
they “got” my a** good too, i redeemed them in game and it said the money is now in my account but went to buy some cars i still had they same amount as before the messege…rechecked the message and, poof its gone…seems like T10 has quite a few folks to comp. for this lil’ mishap.
I just cashed in my rewards about 15 minutes ago, and they just appeared as I started up FM5… whatever the issue was, doesn’t seem to have affected me.
