The same happened to me.
Same problem here, redeemed the message, says they were added but then they weren’t and the message dissapeared. T10 please help us! 
The servers are bad, the rewards don’t sync as well. I keep unlocking badges but they don’t show up in the rewards section here. I think the whole system is down, maybe we’ll be able to redeem rewards next month.
Has anyone else received the bonus credits had the MSG from turn 10 downloaded the credits and then they just disappeared that was 600’000 credits I lost so has anyone else had the same problem
Same thing happened to me in the recent weekend , I clicked ''A" to download 1.5 million reward but didn’t add up to my account, this happened when the servers had been busy because of the Free Forza weekend.
In Monday I won a 1 million credit from Johniwanna contest, did redeem it, but didn’t add up to my credit account, I did send email to T10 about this and still waiting for response.
Total lost 2.5 million cr

I got my Forza rewards on forza 4 and forza horizon but not in forza 5 i download the gift but the money was not adding to my game plz help
Make sure you back out to the main screen with the picture of the McLaren P1 and then press “A”. That usually works, but sometimes it takes a few hours for the gifted money to arrive. If neither of those work, try power cycling your console by pressing the xbox button on the front until the console shuts all the way off (light on power brick turns orange). Hope that helps.

Yea same here went to redeem my rewards and i got the message it may take up to 4 hours. Well i was stuck on BF4 for awhile so when i finally got back to F5 a few days later nothing still had not shown up in my in box. Not even the drivatar or tuning rewards
I’m having an issue, I have purchased all the DLC (a while ago) & I found out that if I’m tier 6 I get a few cars in Horizon 2, well for some reason the reward system is only saying I have 3 out of 5 DLC purchased :-/ I own them all. So I’m not getting my repeward points I’m entitled to.

Redeemded yesterday ma Forza rewards and still doesn’t received them in-game
I used the new app and it didn’t work so tried online 24hrs now and still no cash
Had the same problem. It’s also saying that the Forza Hub is not available as well right now. T10, what’s the problem here?
Not sure how much of this is relevent to the issue but in case it helps to resolve it:-
Loaded the new Forza app.
Requested rewards via the app 24 hrs ago.
No rewards or gift message recieved so far.
Checked the rewards section here seems they have been sent.
I even got 1.5 mill for H2 and I dont own it yet although Im UK so it isnt available to play till midnight.
Xbone has been fully power cycled at least 2/3 times since I made reward request - I only have it powered on when in use.
Ive never had an issue receiving rewards before and although it may be a coincidence I wonder if the new app has some bearing on the problem.
The little hottie mechanic in FH2 went over budget on all the barn find restorations, the extra money had to come from some where!
