Applied for Rewards but never received.

I applied for Forza’s rewards program and finally earned a tier. I applied for it and it said it will take approximately 4 hrs to clear. It has been about 8 hours now and I still haven’t gotten it. I tried contacting the Turn 10 email but that was a useless attempt. Anybody able to help or explain?

I am already part of the Rewards program, and I redeemed them yesterday (8/1). So far they haven’t been added to my Forza 5 yet.
It says that I’ve already redeemed these rewards but they haven’t shown up yet.

Just letting everyone know about this problem so it can be fixed.

I also redeemed yesterday and nothing as of yet, but just wait and they will appear.

It’s free money just for playing past games, be patient, and you’ll get it. Right now they’re kind of busy so if it takes any actual human work to make this happen (which it shouldn’t) then it may be delayed. Afterall, they were almost 24 hours delayed just allowing you to redeem the reward.

EDIT: Oh look, my money is there.

Its not a problem,some months their just slow showing up,hang in there the rewards will come!

I’ve been waiting for over 24hr now for my 1.5 mil, it’s always been gifted in less than 5 min so this is really odd. I really don’t wanna grind for it

At the start of a month, it gets busy, so it can take a couple of days.

Have a look at your messages today or later on because i had same problem yesterday but got resolved so keep checking it every so often

I redeemed my rewards 2 days ago. I know it takes some time to get it but i was just wondering if I would ever get it.

Redeemed my in the morning of 1st but just got my credits today.

As some people have noted, during busy periods (such as the start of the month when new rewards are available) the system can occasionally take longer than 24 hours to redeem the rewards. If haven’t received anything after 48 hours then please let me know.

I redeemed on the 1st still nothing.
