Hello, I have been trying to contact Turn 10 about this matter for a while now and still no response, I have been using the rewards website for Forza 5 but the last few times I haven’t been receiving the Credits, it says I have had 5.2 million credits for Forza 5 rewarded to myself but i have only received 3.4 million, I would like to know where the rest of my credits have gone? My gamertag is JackOLantern53, if you could send me the credits i would be most grateful and a little compensation for the lack of response from Turn 10 would be nice aswell
Hey, I’m having a similar issue but instead I haven’t received ANY of my reward credits. Not only that, my game has started to crash when trying to access a specific event. Needless to say, I’m very upset with my experience in Forza 5 so far.
I was wondering if you could provide me with the contact address that you tried using in order to explain your case to Turn10? I’m having a hard time finding their contact information on this site so if you could do that for me it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Original poster: have you tried a complete power down of your console to see if clearing the cache will initiate any of the gift messages you may be looking for? To do so, hold the console power button (not the controller) until it completely resets. By chance, if you happened to have deleted the gift message, you can consider the credits gone.
