In real life, the differences on the dimensions between these cars are on a margin of error of a inch here and there. They share the same body, uses the same platform, some body parts are even interchangeable, but in the game looks like the Chevelle has 75% of the size of the GSX, why is that?
Because Forza.
I know, super helpful answer, but I can’t think of another reason for this other than sheer laziness on PGG’s end. Very strange.
This makes me doesn’t want to see how the Olds 442 looks like on FH4 ![]()
Chances are that this is another case of outdated car models in the game that were modeled by hand from the Xbox/Xbox 360 era. This topic is building up a lot of traction right now after a popular racing game YouTuber made a video about it, so hopefully these wonky-shaped (and apparently wonky-sized) old models will all be replaced at some point in the near future.
Some of the cars have been been (to my surprise) fixed when pointed out errors in them.
Did you happen to submit a ticket?
The front of the 70 Chevelle in game has never looked right to me. It’s surprising to see the size difference though.
So many cars just look a little “off”. Seeing so many real life high end cars lately has really brought the problems to light. It’s evident many of the cars in the game are drawn from scratch and not scanned. With as many cars as this game has it’s understandable that they couldn’t scan every vehicle. But it’s not acceptable for the level of errors in reproducing the cars accurately.
What, you don’t like the car models from Motorsport 1, incorrect car designs, wheels not fitting in the wheel wells properly, cars being the wrong size, broken textures, bad or non-existent shift animations, and countless other things I won’t even get into?

Just a quick sidenote, but if Turn 10 and Playground ever get around to fixing their car models (haha, I know), can they please have all the names and model years corrected while they’re at it. Quite a large sum of cars have incorrect model years, missing information or sometimes redudant information in the names, and improper use of nicknames. A minor nitpick, I know, but, for example, Lancia Delta Integrale EVO is just a shortened version of the proper name. You wanna be correct, it’s Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evoluzione.
