Greetings!
So - the new “feature” in FM in the newest incarnation is that besides DRIVER LEVEL you now do have CAR LEVELS and you do have to collect AP (autopoints) to upgrade your car.
So, for example, I’m car level 17 and brought my E-class car up to D395 so far → how comes that the majority of the other players in online multiplayer racing are just car level 1 but have upgraded their E-class car to D400? Did they not to have to use, drive their car to unlock upgrades first and second use earned APs for that?
What am I missing here?
It’s CP not ap (car points) I believe your talking about
Online everything is broken
Every single persons car shows as lvl 1 regardless of the level
It also 90% of the time doesn’t show that you using yours or someone else’s tune
I tested this other day buddy was using my tune but showed he wasn’t using anyone’s tune

Hmmm…actually I made two MP games today in D-Class and mine and at least one of the other contestants had a car class higher than 1 shown in the players list.
I was too able to download one tuning (Miata) from one of the other players.
AND - I did not mix it up, I meant AP, car points, not the drivers level (where some really do have very, very high numbers - like 600-700 already).
Is auto points a localisation thing?
The biggest challenge I have is trying to determine if something is a bug or bad design.
