Chat in multplayer or in private lobby still not working properly

Still having problems with the chat I can only hear and talk to 5 or 6 people in the lobbies when will this be fixed. When our groups races and we have more than 12 people we have to have two parties going on

Yeah, I really wish they would fix this.
