Hi people, just as the subject asks. How do i go about a car in career mode? I am in production rally using a ford escort. I want to buy a subaru or something different. I have tried going to buy cars. Filtering search etc. But still the cars i want to see aren’t there! Am i doing something wrong? Also, i cannot find anywhere to tune a setup. Like, break pressure. Ride height etc. Has this gotten rid off?
any help would be appreciated.

I’ve made a few bad choices in career mode on cars or didn’t like the default class upgrades so here is what I’ve done.
I quit the race without finishing it. Hit the “Menu” button, then “Quit” the race
After that, hit “Continue” then when it goes to the next track “Quit” the race
You can then back out of the Career mode.
If I want to reselect the car used or buy a recommended car I then select a car I know isn’t allowed for the league. I then use “League Select” instead of “Continue Career” and when I enter the league get to select the car again (or buy one)
Remember some league’s are very restrictive about what you can use.
If you want to do a custom upgrade, then “Quit” before starting the race and back out to the main menu’s again. You can then go to the garage, select cars, and use the upgrade feature. I usually upgrade tires and suspension first, then lighten the car, then upgrade horsepower. In Upgrade mode you can select ‘X’ to go into the tuning options.
NOTE: As far as I know though when you first play the game you have to complete your first six races before you can do anything.
