Change to the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

I think the change has come with the april top gear car pack, but I’m not sure.

I did an A700 tune for the hellcat on 14 March, and it was quite popular at the time. Today, 6 April, I drove the car again and it’s now A696. I thought I’d just have to load the tune again but the tune is also now A696. So obviously the car has been changed, and I’ll have to tune it again, but I can’t find any information on it. I looked through the list of content updates that’s stickied in here, but there’s nothing in there about it. Searching didn’t help either.

If anyone knows why the car was changed please tell me, or link to the relevant content update details when/if they get posted.

thanks

Sometimes tunes can inexplicaby lose their wheel / tyre width upgrades. Double check those to make sure they are still as expected.

no it’s not the tyre width thing.

stock PI used to be 627 and now it’s 616.

Good catch, I’ll add it to the notes

They upped the weight in the front, reducing handling and braking, but acceleration times actually improved without any change to the engine power numbers.

Doesn’t matter, it still sounds like a blender cycling through its different speeds. At least they got the Charger Hellcat right. You would’ve thought that they’d fix the Challenger while they were at it, but I guess they’re not interested in fixing problems they’re just interested in pushing Car Packs.

They upped the weight from 4100 lbs to 4400 lbs because the real Challenger hellcat weighs that much.

Did they fix the supercharger? Not that it matters stock vs stock the charger is so much faster in a line
