Many months ago this year, I made a livery design of Wingo from the Cars movie on a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. It was a request for someone from DeviantArt and he wants me to somehow get in contact with Turn 10 Studios, Disney/Pixar and have his spoiler added to the game.
To be honest the idea of trying to convince Turn 10 to get permission from Pixar to add Wingo’s spoiler feels like a difficult task coz I don’t really want to waste my time trying.
Do you all agree that Pixar should give Turn 10 permission to add Wingo’s spoiler in Forza Horizon 5? Or should they just not bother? I think they shouldn’t bother to be honest.
I think you have a higher chance proposing a partnership between FH5 and Pixar to get the Cars cars (ha) in the game.

You can’t.
They won’t talk to you as you’re not an official representative for PGG or T10.
They’ll only deal with official representatives of the studio’s licensing department for this and money will have to exchange hands and legal documents drawn up for the license if negotiations were to take place.
Since Forza is a commercial product this isn’t just about permission and would likely also require a very high fee to arrange considering the fame and reach of the Cars franchise.

It’s not that I want to do this for him so bad, I was just curious on the opinions of other people. And he’s just so desperate to get Wingo’s spoiler added in the game.

Literally the only way you’d do this would be to directly sponsor a cross-promotion by getting your Investment Manager to approach PGG/T10 to see if they’re interested in a deal.
If you don’t have an investment manager and several hundred thousand dollars to invest at the bare minimum that’s not happening.

Well, in that case that’s ok coz I’m not really willing to waste my money to do something for another person’s benefit.
Indeed. The best thing to do at this point is to ask him to come vote on this topic and any other people.
The more votes something on the forum receives the more likely it is the Devs will look into the possibility of it.
There’s no guarantee that highly voted items will be added due to various factors but they do get more attention when it comes to trying to get them added.
