One of the most glorious sounding V12s ever…it was the last car that used the Original Bizzarrini V12 Engine…
In Forza Motorsport however…it sounds like an Aventador(apparently it has the Aventador soundfile) which is absolutely dreadfuully wrong. Whomever put the Aventador soundfile on the Murcielago car I’m seriously questioning if you even have an ounce of car enthusiasm.
Yeah, very inaccurate audio for this car, does not sound like a murcielago at all.
Demo of the car in FM2023
Update: @JetPartySalad Added a few more links of the sound samples of actual car. Please use these to give an engine audio update
Actual sample sounds of this car:
Sound update is a must for this car.
Ditto
i agree its not accutate at all it just sounds like the average v12 sound hecc the carrera sounds better than the sv would be nice for them to address it quick because alot of people love this car
I want to see accurate ans unique notes for all cars.
It seems the bit about car audio in the pre release marketing videos was all made up.
The car audio for the Lamborghini Murciélago SV is incorrect. Turn10 is using the same “generic” V12 audio from the Aventador and that’s not right. The SV was the last model to be using the famous Bizzarrini V12 that howls when redlining but, unfortunately, I hear a lower V12 note from the Aventador and that makes me sad, given that this is my favorite car, and my delight of finally having it in the newest Forza Motorsport was quickly dashed. I hope Turn10 can change that and make it more accurate, or at least get audio from FM7 or even FM6 or FM5.
I was pretty bummed out when I got the Murcielago and then heard it sounding like an Aventador… Shame it doesn’t yet have its own unique sound
I heavily agree on this. Unlike NFS, GT7, Motorfest, and older Forza games, they got the Bizzarrini V12 sound right.
Might as well hope for its FM 2023 audio to be fixed by recording an actual Bizzarrini V12, considering that most other cars in-game have bad audio as well…
All made up. Yeap, cat’s out of the bag now.
As for the Murcielago, as the OP stated, it doesn’t sound like the Aventador at all and has a more exotic and higher pitched sound. The videos above are a good place to start. Do you remember FM4 and Horizon 1? Those games have incredibly accurate sounds for nearly all cars.
I’m wondering, what does it take to get this issue known by the studio? This and the Pagani Cinque Roadster audio need to be updated.
How come the “bad audio” never gets brought up in the Community Letters T10 posts from time to time?
I saw someone defending the inaccurate Murcielago sound, calling it “accurate” on his end. Most probably, he doesn’t know anything about car culture lol, same for other people in the same opinion as him
To that kid: enjoy your inaccurate, Aventador-sounding Murcielago and go get your ears checked.
I’ll put GT7’s Murcielago sound in because it sounds so realistic in there.
They must’ve forgotten it smh. They might call it a “damage” to their reputation. It’s not that hard to admit, but it might lead to their consequences, mostly.
We’re closing this thread because we know we will be re-recording this car as part of a larger audio initiative. Thanks for being patient with us!
