Still not fixed.
Same as the Jaguar XKR-S GT bonnet decals which are utterly broken and the Ford Falcon GT351 which doesn’t have the blacked out front bumper parts. (But the Ute does, what the hell ???)
One year on and still no fix, what a joke. And it’s not like it is taxing work either, it’s a 5 minutes job at best…

Just sharing my experience
The cars manufacturer colors/decals just looks terrible. Even the windows w the shadow detail of the interior, what is that some window tint very jagged also.? Very pixelated and jagged. Not very appealing… see for your self below.

yep, the textures are still bugged/corrupted for the HSV GTS. Can’t cover them in vinyls, either.
added: the window textures are also affected, same with the mirror covers.

Bug Info: When in shadow, the bodywork on the 2014 HSV Gen-F GTS shows black patches like the light isn’t hitting it correctly. I’ve attached three photos from within the paintshop to demonstrate the issue but it’s throughout every part of the game including menus and on track.

Edition: Game Pass
Account: solo account
Peripheral: N/A
Settings: N/A, it happens regardless of settings
Xbox Settings: N/A, happens regardless of settings
Attempted fixes: Rebooted, reinstalled, set settings to default.
Content Update: I don’t believe it was an issue at launch but has been added in an update at some stage. It’s been an issue since at least June 2024.

Got a lot of bad window reflections and textures. Front door handles a substantially different color than the rest of car. Seems to affect both player and drivatar cars. Photo mode does not change or improve textures.
Super disappointed as this car model has likely been around at least since Horizon 3’s time.

We are now almost into February and this thread was started in June of last year. Clearly there is no intention of dealing with this issue. That speaks volumes about the future of this game. Pity since I enjoy the series. Perhaps they shouldn’t have delisted their other titles. Pale shadow of past performers.

It not just this car either. There’s so many I reached the post limit on the forums for spam controls.
Can’t even paint some of the cars because the glitches still show through.

Same car, zero issues (i use performance RT on Series X btw if that helps)
Weirdly the issue you have appears on the thumbnail

What’s even stranger though is the livery thumbnail is bugged…

Yeah it also appears in the thumbnails for me. Nothing I do changes the texture. Very strange bug

Also, your first photo, the front door handle is blue, just like mine. All my settings are maxxed. Steam PC version here, full RT, quality.
