Cars - HSV GEN-F GTS - glitched black paint and blue door handles

The 2014 HSV GEN-F GTS has messed up paint, all colors have this weird black striping on the front and the 2 front door handles are permanently blue. The photo I am uploading is the ‘white’ paint color option in the buy cars menu and as you can see it isn’t entirely white. Note the blue door handles only affecting the front of the car.

I believe this was introduced in a previous update, as there are shots from the game’s launch that don’t look like this. On the chance that it’s a system problem though, I’m on Cloud Gaming, via an Xbox One S. What I presume to be a texture layer within the car files has been placed incorrectly, which leads to a mess of black splotches on the paint and in the interior. They sit above the paint and vinyl layers, and so can’t be covered up at the user end, which makes the car unusable for liverie…
