The rear lights on the Ferrari are definitely the wrong color. Inside the red border, the color should be much darker (as it is in Forza Horizon 5 - I have also attached a screenshot from the game).

I think it’s just letting the light interact more realistically with it in FM23. What’s it look like on overcast day?
I don’t think so. I searched the internet for pictures with strong light falling on the rear, and it doesn’t look like that anywhere. It’s more black than white. Look at the picture of the real car below.

They look brighter than on the Horizon one there though 
Maybe. However, compared to the real model, they are still completely incorrect. Even the basic 488 GTB model has them done properly.
