Bug Info: Career (V8-Heritage), Chevrolet Chevelle '70, Eaglerock Speedway
Several faulty graphic displays in the car and on other vehicles.
In the cockpit view, the dashboard and steering wheel have extremely poor resolution and strangely shiny, reflective and washed-out textures.
The rims of another vehicle are strangely angular and unrealistic.
In the driver list, the name of the Chevrolet Chevelle '70 is displayed incorrectly and the apostrophe is missing.

That’s the shimmering/watery reflections in cockpit and other external parts of the vehicle. It’s the RT not being implemented properly. Topic is being discussed to death in another thread as we speak! Sorry, can’t find the link.
As said above this has already been discussed /reported. The RT sample count is simply way too low (reflections & AO) the denoiser can’t make miracles. RT simply shouldn’t be applied in cockpit view given how bad the implementation is.
Anybody know why the outline and borders of cars’ cockpit parts/components have a glowy and shimmery outline? It looks like my car is in half ghost mode or something.
I can see this sometimes on the outside of cars too at the back - e.g. around bumpers, exhaust tips and other parts at the back of exposed race cars and track cars.
It’s been there since day one - I mostly play on Performance RT.
Please, please - just get rid of this already. Makes me not want to use cockpit view or chase close …
The 1970 Chevelle SS has weird pixelated reflections on the steering wheel, center console and other parts of the interior.
Please see video below:
It’s caused by the low sample RT Reflections & AO.
