Bug Info: 2008 Aston Martin DBS sounds more like a V8 than a V12

Content Update: Car arrived Series 29, so this is a new issue
Should be self-explanatory, the engine note in the DBS sounds more V8 than V12.
Yep, the DBS engine sound is totally wrong. It sounded like a V8 Vantage.
It should have shared the V12 Vantage S’s engine sound file by copy-pasting because both of them have the same 6.0 V12 engine under the hood. There was a 7.7 V12 Swap which had the sound of an Aston Martin V12, but that was a temporary solution as the engine swap is overpowered.
Here’s what I’ve explained:
Might not be driving the DBS much longer until this whole engine sound bug is completely fixed.

Agreed, the DBS’ engine sound is not correct. I suspect it was copied from a V8 Vantage instead of the V12 Vantage S with which it shares the same engine.
Disappointing, especially since the sound was correct in Horizon 4.

I have to say, I was genuinely excited for the DBS, such a good looking car, also featured in a couple Bond films, I thought it was going to be great. Until I unlocked it, and drove it for the first time. Now… I’m no expert, but The DBS sounds to me likes its not firing on all cylinders. Specifically, it sounds like its MISSING 4 cylinders. Yup, that’s right, rather than at least taking the easy way out and using an audio file from ANY OTHER V12 ASTON IN THE GAME, instead, they used the audio file from a MUSTANG! What the actual… The last time I’ve seen such carelessness in a Forza game was when the Demo dropped for FM6, and the GT-R sounded like a subaru, but that was just the demo. This is in the actual game now…

Here for the same reason, please fix this Forza team. I was so excited when I saw this as an available vehicle but then immediately turned the game off when the disappointing engine sound came up

Yeah just unlocked the 2008 Aston DBS. Was looking forward to hearing that glorious old V12. And you’ve put the exhaust noise from an American muscle car in it. Not that I dislike that noise, it’s just completely wrong and makes y’all look silly. Please fix.

Once again, we have been let down by Turn 10.
I have been waiting for this car since the game came out and grinded all of this seasons challenges to get it. It’s such a let down hearing that the audio quality of this vehicle was not worked on at all prior to this car being in the Forza Horizon 5.
The Aston Martin DBS sound is completely and utterly wrong. This vehicle sounds like a V8 in its current state. The sound does not in anyway shape or form resemble the naturally aspirated 5.9L V12 that it has.
The car sounded way better in Forza Horizon 3/4 and even in the new horribly terrible Forza Motorsport - it sounds at least somewhat like it would in real life and or a game.
The 7.7L V12 engine swap you can do to this vehicle has a more accurate sound that what it is in its current state.
You’d do all of us a favour by copying and pasting the audio file from Forza Horizon 4 - Pls and thx <3
Please fix this devs.
Little things like this that constantly add up is what drive players off the game and onto another game - For example, Forza Motorsport.
Apologies in advance if this post isnt in the correct category.

Aston Martin DBS has a V12 engine, and that was the sound I was expecting to hear. But instead it has the sound of a 4 litre V8 twin turbo copied and pasted from the vantage or the AMG GT-R etc. I don’t want to modify or drive it until the sound issue gets fixed cause clearly it’s wrong engine sound for the car.
