Porsche Sport Classic in Carpass
Are you guys serious ? You guys doing the same as you did on FH4 with the Gallardo Spyder ? You are recycling old cars from past Forza games and SELL them as brand new ??? Also sick of Festival playlist cars (taken from FH3 and FH4) getting presented like they never been in the game before…
Im heavily dissapointed just by that tiny move. You guys are fooling us…
It’s the licensing cost of a real brand. Real brand is not cheap. So the bussiness logic here is that cheap is free and real brands are costly. They need to recover the investment. That easy.
This is not car culture game. Not even a passion. It a bussiness model and it needs to make money.
I used to have some hope that we could get some horizon 1 and 2 vibes. But there’s no hope anymore, and their hopes to see my money is gone too. Look at the car pass, we get the same GOLF that already is in the game, and a car that they recycled from Forza 4.
All I can say is; not pre-odering this game and dropping £90 on it is the one of the best things I’ve done with my money for a while. I mean, H4 made me feel like a complete dolt for buying it, but this? It’s just paying more, for less.
One car per week is dire. Especially when it was two per week in H4.
Only two cars so far have piqued my interest enough to buy them separately, the Renault 8 and the Lambo Espada. But at least all the cars being added in the car pass are brand new… I thought… until I saw the Porsche 911 classic being added into the car pass, That is just a m a s s i v e No with me.
It’s annoying enough when they put recycled cars in the playlist, but… at least we’re not paying for them… But adding a car that has been in FM4 and other older titles and making people pay for it? Yeah… No.
I Can’t wait for H6… I might put together a sweep stake and place bets on which cars will be removed from the roster just to be put back in at a later date. Or which ones will be made arbitrarily exclusive and only obtainable through wheelspins.
The 2018 Audi TT RS is available today. Note that when upgrading the Aero & Appearance with the Audi Sport Rear Bumper, the rear panel is removed. The team is aware of this; no need to submit tickets at this time. Stay tuned for an update.

Omg, there was a video of someone playing with this car almost 2 weeks ago, with that same problem, and they release the car that way… Sorry, but this is a proof that the actual employees don’t deserve to be working in that game.
Cause the Series 4 update stream said nothing about it, so is car pass history or is it going to have new things, cause so far, series 4 looks bad to me asides for the EP9
Yet again the Car Pass is littered with reskins of existing cars and FM4 era remasters. They could’ve replaced the old Golf R with the new one, considering it’s the same car, but no, let’s charge players for a clone while the Game Pass normies get the NIO.
Probably the sound of an M4A1 spray to commemorate the purchase of Call of Duty.
Would they be silly enough to tempt fate by celebrating something that hasn’t happened yet? That purchase won’t be going through till next year sometime so they will be massively tempting fate!

2005 MG XPower SV-R (this wasn’t clear but as I’ve not seen in as a Playlist reward I think Car Pass)
The Mazda and the MG are two I’m excited for. I’d not heard of the Mazda and it reminds a lot of the Nissan Pulsar that we’ve got already so I’m looking forward to that. That MG has had a strange life and it will be nice to get to drive it at last!
I believe with one per week, we should be getting car pass cars until nearly a year after release.
On another note, please tell me the Lunar New Year pack from Chinese market isn’t being shoehorned into the car pass.
Edit: upon investigation, they’re not, with the exception of the MG, which is fine. That’s a pretty cool looking car. Not so sure about the recycling of the Porsche as part of the pass though. Or the 2021 Golf R which doesn’t seem much different than the 2015 Golf R that’s in the game.

The 2010 Porsche 911 Sport Classic is not “new to Forza”, but - and I know this is pure speculation:
Remember some new Porsche models got released instantly in the current Forza game when the real car was revealed?
It happened for the 992 Carrera S and the 2019 Macan Turbo in Forza Horizon 4.
The new 2022 992 Sport Classic is rumored to be revealed in February, so I would not be surprised if we actually got the new one as well next month.
That would also be some kind of excuse for releasing a not really “new to Forza” car through the Car Pass - because we would get an actually new one at the same time.
I suffer from fatigue for contemporary Lambos/Ferraris. Contemporary Lambos seem very formulaic to me.
Injection of several cars every month is the better approach. Then at least on a bad week one or two cars will
engage with you, if the others don’t, so each time you’ll have some fun. Drip feeding them one at a time means you’ll experience non-events if the car in question isn’t to your taste.
