I bought a new xbox yesterday because my other broke. so i installed every car pack and passes is could . ( i have vip membership and car pass and expansion pass, so i onw everyting) but the xbox store told me i own them all but not the alpinestars car pack and the smoking tire car pack and cost me 7 euro to install, how is this possible since i have all those cars in my garage and i bought the car pass ?
If you own the car pass you are not meant to grab car packs.
You are only meant to get the car packs if you buy them individually.
When you’re signed into Xbox Live, highlight FH3 and then use the triple-horizontal button (formerly Start) next to the blue X button. That will open another menu where you should select “Manage game.”
Next, in the left panel, you will have (for FH3) these listings: Installed, Ready to install, Updates and Saved data. You may need to re-download the Car Packs, but if you’re using the same gamertag/Xbox Live account as previously, you already own them and they should be a part of FH3 which you need to reinstall.
Check your “ready to install” menu in your Xbox and see if those packs are listed. If they are, re-install them. For whatever reason certain updates to the game have been causing packs to become uninstalled.
