Hi. I tuned my gifted Ford Gt Opi Editon yesterday and drove it. Now that I got up, the car was no longer available.

It’s a long shot but could it be just a couple spots over in the garage ? I tuned my '03 Nissan Fairlady Z and now it sorts before the '03 Fairlady Z FE while my duplicate untuned '03 Fairlady Z’s sort after the FE

Never saw this car in the game - how did you acquire it in the first place? my guess is that its a glitched car that the Devs now have made sure is not to be used.
It was from a special offer a while back, buy some nail polish in gamer colors get a free car download. Search the forum for OPI should tune up a thread or two if you’re curious. The offer is long past iirc though.
could also be that since you got it with out technically owning the dlc code it’s been hidden from you?
