Sorry if its duplicate post, but try to find similar problem:

I have som free points to buy some perks for my Porsche 911 GT3 RS 2019.

I owned “Risk Taker” perk in second row, but nothing in first row… I try to buy any perk around but the game fall down.

Is there any solution to fix it?!

Another poster has the same problem with the Ferrari Superfast and so do I with both of mine. You could post a ticket about it. I’m not really bothered about it as I rarely drive the Superfast.
Just checked my Gt3 RS, I had used all the perks on it but know it shows the same perk tree as in your image and when I buy a perk for it it crashes the game.
