As in buying the base car and unlocking an FE within its perks

There is a car mastery for the TVR Sagaris which gives you the Forza Edition TVR Sagaris, it cost 99 points.

Did a little testing, turns out if you buy a fully mastered car at the auction house and then buy the repeatable perk … you do not earn a car mastery. 
It makes sense, since car mastery unlocks without that perk, but it would have been an easy method around having to get all 3000 skill points.
I am probably just overlooking it, but is there an easy way to see which cars you have achieved all the perks for, short of getting into each car to see which perks have been enabled?

Yesterday I have seen that the Lambo Aventador 2016 has a bonus of 200000 credit in its car mastery.
Are there other cars (as Lambo) with a big credit bonus in car mastery?

Could it be an idea to generate a thread containing a list of vehicles that provide unique perks (ie: cash, cars, spins)? People chime in with a few suggestions, and work through the car list one by one?
Would you be happy for me to do that, ManteoMax? I see you’ve merged a number of threads here, so I thought I’d ask before going ahead and doing it anyhow.
Yeah I think we definitely need something more sustainable other than posting replies. A wiki would be ideal. To see each car’s perks. I was even thinking of potentially making an app, though it would take some time, plus I have no way of actually knowing the perks of the cars, and I’m not gonna waste my entire youth going through every car and noting down their perks.
