Okay so this is really starting to grind my gears. So some of us casuals ain’t "car guy"like many in the community are. It drives me absolutely bonkers that I cannot search for designs and know what car the stupid thing goes to. I have made that my personal mission to make as many cars as I can possible associate with some type of cartoon character or cartoon. So I do a lot of general searches and I have no idea what half of these cars are. So many are the same just a different year. Also a preview option to be able to see what the design looks like on your car before downloading it would be swell.
I’ve suggested both of these aswell.
FM4 (maybe 3) had a filer option on your downloaded paints to filer for the car you were in. It then for some odd reason got removed. Why? When you have a maxed out 500 paints (another thing that needs changing), its a pain to have to scroll through them all. Also since some cars are very similar (like the 2011 & 2017 F150 Raptor), can get confusing.
FH1 had a paint preview option. Didnt play FH3 but this feature was removed from FH4 onwards. Why?
I agree 100% can we filter “my designs” for the car you are working on? If I’m working on a Ford GT no need to show me my latest Ferrari livery
It would be helpful even in your own “designs” file. In old games (FM) you used to be able to click Y and it would only show designs for the car you are in. I do wish the design file had the make/model/year, and let you rotate around it like you can in the auction house
