I apologize if this has been asked befor but is there any way to search for an artist’s entire paint catalog as in Forza 4 and not just the car that you are “in”?

Nada, nope, no way, unfortunately no, … And all other negative responses, sadly.
It’s a search by car only, once you’re actually in said car.
My only search engine now is a pad n pencil…lol

Another complaint I have is the inability to rotate the cars when looking through the paint selection to see other viewing angles. Seems like a pretty basic feature.

You can preview a design if you select it through the FIND A CAR tab as it gives you the option to buy afterwards.
If you do it through the FIND DESIGNS tab while in a car that’s currently in your garage, it’ll download the design straight away.
Very true, I always check out newer paints in the Buy A Car section so I can view the car via Vista (press X) and can get down on the ground level (press down left thumbstick) so I can check position and neatness of logos etc, and just check the whole car out.
It’s amazing how different cars look from their thumbnail view in the Livery selection menue, to what they REALLY look like in Vista.
It makes or breaks my choice to download a livery, or not.
I’ll then slip back across to my car, then acquire the livery if I want it.
However. A hint. Take down the livery creators name/gamer tag. As sometimes, when you go back into the livery search when you’re in your car,mths Forza Search delivers a few different cars, and the one you might be checking out could be missing.
So if you’ve hit the gamertag, you can find the livery again. Just a hint, doesn’t always happen, but it does happen from time to time…
It’d be great that if we found say, press Y when in the livery choice menue when in My Cars section, to allow us a full 3D rotating view of the livery in question at either full screen, or 3/4 screen size…
