Car gifts and a lot more gone after a bug in carrier mode and a bad support form the xbox hotline!

Hello there,
I had a bad problem in my forza 5 game. I was level 65 with a lot of cars and car gifts form turn ten. Then the mess starts… I drove the last race from the le mans series in the carrier mode with my r18 tdi, finshied that first. Then I had to see that the game didn’t return to the menu after finishing. It said I had another race to do (nope that was the last for shure). Okay I tried but it startet the le mans circuit wich I had driven again. Finished again… the same problem… (seems to be a bug in the game)
So I decided to call the support form xbox one after a few tips the guy told me to go the the start menu and press a combination of buttons. She told me that my savegame could be loaded form the cloud again. The thing is that this wasn’t possible because it has overwritten the old game.
So I had to start forza 5 again, but there were no car gifts form turn 10 incl. e21 no rs 7 nothing. Everything gone. The 1250 tokens form the limited edition gone. The cars I’ve bought for many milliion credits gone.
What can I do? I mean I payed for the limited edition and have nothing. That wasn’t even my fault.
Can anyone help me please?

Unfortunately, Turn 10 does not resend gift vehicles.

Well, but I hope there is another solution for my problem because that wasn’t my fault and the xbox support told me to post the prob to the forum to find a solution. I would write to tourn 10 directly but I can’t find a email or something. Maybe someone can help me I’m not satisfied. I payed for the limited edition and now my stuff (car gifts and the 1250 in game tokens) is gone because of that stupid xbox support. They told me that I would be able to load my savegame form the cloud after the reset!

Xbox Support has a great track record of causing an absolute mess when it comes to customer issues with Forza games…
