Users should have a free (Car Editing Creation kit) that is much more like a tileset where players can add their own parts, vehicle skins and also test out new features that haven’t been released yet. Not only that but there are no cost to adding any part or skin, and features as the creation kit provides, they’ll also be able to choose a local region to test out new car features, performances and check car stats while performing the test feature. Car parts can be switched with any other combo and not only that but all cars are unlocked for Test Play. No CR is required just test a car and pick a location and try out the car features.
