I am unable to get my 720s coupe. anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it? (all mclarens are unlocked and I have my reward- it seems like the issue is that the reward is a “MCLAREN 720s” vs being a “2018 720s Coupe”… so now there is no way to get the 720s Coupe (which says “This car is available from: car collection” if you try to select it in the car collection screen.
It’s most likely reward you get for completing McLaren collection.

I’m having the same issue. I bought all the McLarens and the prize is unlocked but the actual car is nowhere to be found.
