So I got my free code for the Ford GT LM and it didn’t work. I figured it was an issue with my internet. I had to work so I left and when I came back my notification with the Code was gone and I have tried contacting XBOX support the past few days. Nobody is helping. Can somebody please help me?! I want my new car. It was free and now I can’t get it! I’m getting mad about this stuff. I am begging for some help
have you checked it’s not already in the free cars section when you buy cars
could also try hard resetting your console properly too
Like talby said, check in the most left tab in your “buy cars” section from where you will buy it for free. It is not delivered to your garage llike T10 gift cars.

The notification of the code doesn’t just disapperar.
Yeah, this happened to me too. When you try to redeem the code it says “something went wrong”.
edit: The message didn’t disappear though.
I think that in my case it may have been due to already having downloaded the car on a seperate profile, which unlocks the car for all profiles on the console.

OP, very odd what you’re describing. There’s no way stuff just disappears from messages, unless someone deletes them. Check your messages, it should be there. If not, sadly someone must have deleted it in your absence.
Go to GTplanet.net, and check out the “relaxed Forza 6 discussion”. Someone was giving away the code as they had sold their XB-One. Worth a shot.

I had a similar issue. something went wrong when I claimed my code (can’t be specific – I’d been drinking, sorry) but the car isn’t there. When I try to use the code again is says that I already have that content. But the car is not available for me to “purchase” from the car list, and it isn’t in my inventory. When I try to do the Community Challenge, if I select it or press on “restrictions” it comes up with a Purchase window that is perpetually loading and never offers any content. (I should add that I’ve done a full hard reset of the console)
*** Update, issue resolved. Car recently became “purchasable” in Find a Car. (unknown reason for delay)
May I please have some contact info for Forza Support? It is simply not available from the website and I can still not claim the free car owing to the issues above.

When you got the code it must be saved under messages on your local xbox one. Look under messages it should be there. Only you deleted the konversation by your own.
You must contact forza support. The mods here give you the address. I think they will help you
