They are not ingame messages
They get sent to your xbox live messages

I have no need for my code. If anybody needs one, message me on xbox live, and I’ll send it. (First come first served obviously)

I also have unused code for the fallout car if anyone needseen that also.

Look in your xbox live message box
If its not there contact xbox live support

I had a code come through, I redeemed it but isn’t in my cars, I’ve also deleted the message, is there any way of getting the code back??

If you redeemed the code you should have it
Might be in the ready to install section on your console
Or might be waiting in the free cars section when you buy them

Try a hard reset of your console too

Well since T10 are silent on just about everything now, and haven’t really done any other ways to get unicorns apart from one image contest and one livery contest, I think you’re out of luck now.
