Cannot change FPS settings anymore

Hey all,

for a few hours, I cannot change my FPS and am stuck at 36. So it’s literally unplayable. I tried restarting multiple times, checked the forums but nothing helped so far.
Does anybody else had this problem and got a solution to this?

Make sure vertical synchronization is off. When off you should be able to change the framerate.

This is for a PC by the way so if it’s for an XBox then I don’t know the answer.
