Cannot access Spa track

Hi,

I cannot access the Spa track. It is stuck at 40% loading. I can still play other tracks but I need to be 15/15 to unblock some other features (like drifting). I am stuck at 14/15.
Is there anyone who can help me with this one?

Never… We bought it for Christmas last year.

Never… We bought it for Christmas last year.

A hard reset is where you turn the console off and wait for the blue light on the power brick to change. Once it’s done that, you remove the plug from the strip or the wall (depending on where you’ve got it plugged in) and wait for the light to go off from the brick. Plug it back in and then turn your console on and that’s your hard reset.
