Question in title. Am I only able to make festivals here? And will they release more content to expand festivals elsewhere? I’m not sure how it’ll work?
Time will tell mate. A Perth expansion would be nice ; you drive up north to Joodalup, west to Helena Nat. Park and south to Fremantle/Rockingham.

Australia is a costal city country, where all but a few of the major cities are located on or near the coast of the island. I don’t care if all Forza locations are on the east of the Island, I just want to see Sydney and the Opera House added as an expansion pack, perhaps as the last one, as we already know the theme of the 1st pack. Perhaps the Australian tourist board when head shaking, hands down when the Studio asked if the Opera Hours could be included as a landmark in the game, as it’s the sweet spot of Australia that reams of tourist pay millions annually to visit ! Darn, but nice dreaming there !
Imagine how long that “goliath” lap would be…

There is an expansion coming with snow. When? Who knows but probably winter time?
In Forza Horizon 2 there was a “Storm Island Expansion” which was accessible only by boat. Perhaps this means that the snow expansion in Forza Horizon 3 will also be out of regular driving range - perhaps you’ll travel by train to another part of Australia. Perhaps we’ll hop an airplane and travel to the Himalayas for some snow drifting fun. Perhaps, hopefully, the map will simple expand westward or northward and well be able to drive up into the beautiful snow-capped mountains and it will tie in to the game seamlessly.
First though, WE WAIT!
Is it just wishful thinking or do those snow capped mountains currently off the edge of the map look a lot whiter these days…?
