I’ve been on FH4/5 for years and I’ve never figured this out.
I do my own tunes, but in desperation I just downloaded and used what turned out to be a really good tune for a car I’ve spent hours working on unsuccessfully. I’d like to see if the tuner would open-source the tune for me so that I could learn how he did it.

No such feature in game, but you can DM players through Xbox.

As Knight said, Xbox messaging would be the first thing I would try.
