I wouldn’t have minded taking my time but I was talking with some friends and we were theory crafting on the locked cars (the option that says Forza Cup Completion) much like the loot crates and others that say it can be unlocked through playing. Which as I have discovered, is a lie like the VIP and some other aspects of the game at prelaunch.
Is this the correct place to ask? I do not know. When will the Showcase Awards in the Rewards section show up that I have completed ALL 30 Showcases in the Championship, i.e. 30/30. I await in anticipation.
Everything else is fine with both of the sections of the Championship and I hope to complete all the 440 races soon.
The Forza Rewards thing updates sporadically… Sometimes it just takes a few hours, other times I’ve had to wait a few weeks. They always show up eventually though.
Contacting Turn 10 (if you can even get a response) doesn’t seem to help though. One of my friends was very persistent with them and eventually got a response, was just told “they will update soon.” Had to wait 2 months for his to show up but he did eventually get them.

Yeah Turn 10 doesn’t like to help out that much. Last time I asked for them to update my rewards, I told them if they didn’t answer me back within 24 hours I would set up an e-mail script t e-mail them every 5 minutes until it updated. Needless to say they didn’t send anything back and I let the script go at it. I received an e-mail 3 days later saying I crashed their e-mail and they would fix my account asap. about 30 mins after receiving the e-mail my rewards were fixed and I shut off the script lol. And in case you’re wondering…60 (min) x 24 (hours) x 3 (days) / 5 (mins) is 864 e-mails. They learned a valuable lesson, don’t piss off a computer guy who knows their job is too easy to fix but too lazy to do it.

Is it even possible to reset completed championship? I effed up first race. So not seeing reset option I’ve assumed that I have to complete the championship to restart it. Ofcourse I did it with no practice on 100% difficulty which gave low positions. And then…the championship is locked. Don’t tell me I can’t get back to finished championships.
You can go back, but some of the championships are locked based on your collector tier. The Supercar and Open-Wheel legends are the ones I know of from the Seeker Championship.
But how? I’ve finished the first championship with hot hatches and I can’t restart it.
I am pretty sure at this point, you have to go all the way through the Forza cup (on normal mode), then when you come back through (on elite mode) you can replay them right away. Originally I had a couple without check marks since I did not win every race. As soon as elite mode was unlocked I could immediately replay any events I had already done, as well as the new ones that opened up.
Not sure about the normal cup but yes with the elite cup I was able to go into a completed event and replay it. Even now I am able to go into any event and play it.
I think what is being asked is whether you can completely redo these events with a clean slate once ELITE championship is completed… effectively resetting the points to zero. I know you can redo any event but that is different from resetting the scores on individual championships or indeed the entire career.
I know I have replied to that in some post, not sure where it is but the answer to 0 out the points is a no. The reason behind it is you can’t win the rewards again. However, for the points, if needed you can redo the event and your highest amount of points will be replaced. So if you got 5 x 1st place finishes and 1 x second place finish, the next time you redo the event and get all 6 place 1st finishes, the points will be maxed and reflect it. If you are going for the check but finished everything, like what my screen will show, I have 2 series, 1 in each cup, that I can redo to get the check only. But, at my point, the points don’t mean anything and that will happen to you all once you finish the elite cup The top progression bar will just be blued out with a check meaning everything is complete, maybe not exactly 100%, but it is complete. No extra awards via cars/driver gear will be awarded. Just credits.
Any car of that series type, yes, and you can’t replay the same series over and over, the points max to what is the full amount. So, for instance the race gives 1000 points total, doing the series 3 times, will only give you 1000 total points. This means you get all the races to 1st place and get that 1st 1000 points, the other 2 series gives you 0. And it’s accumilative over the entire series so it takes the highest amount of points you earned in that series and records it. So if you get 970 points on the first time, and then get 1000 points (not how it does this but using this as a guide) this means you did all 1st places but 1 on one race, and got all 1st places on the second time through. If you are still earning points, then the first series points (970) will be erased and give you the 1000 points, or for easier read, it adds the missing points to give you 1000.

You wondered why I’d want to have the scores reset.
The reason is I already completed the Forza Drivers Cup on “average” difficulty with standard length races a week ago because I was curious about ELITE so rushed through. I then wished to redo with a proper challenge so I literally wiped my save so that when I replayed on long Pro Difficulty my points in each series would reflect my success (or othereise) attained on that criteria. I want to do the same again at a later date on Unbeatable Extra Long… without scrapping my save.
I guess I’ll have to just either keep a typed record, scrap my save or use another gamertag. I hope you now understand why I wanted the ability to totally reset career.

You have an indicator in the form of the cards turning blue when you’ve completed a championship. You could always replay them later with longer races and more difficult drivatars.

A written record would work. I usually have my laptop near me when I am playing for Twitch chat, minor record keeping of tunes drifters (before I put in forum), and even have used it to help with tuning (what has worked and hasn’t worked between cars). No need to delete your save and lose all of your progress, there really is no reason to rush through the campaign since you only get like a total of 13 cars and driver suits each (6 on normal, 6 on Elite, 1 for completing) besides the showcase events.

There is an elite mode after you complete the campaign once. It unlocks more showcases and events, different rewards for each championship.
So do you get anything for completing all the races in a cup series once you’ve won the cup points?
Yes, you get an FE car. I just completed the 5th one and got a Camaro ZL1 FE. I already had one from the VIP fiasco so I tried getting rid of one in the AH. Listed it 3 different times now and no bids yet.
