It’s too sensitive, just touch the brake and it feels like you pressed it half the way.
Also low speed braking is glitched, brakes just doesn’t work until fully pressed.
Now, which is it? Kind of contradicting yourself.
Seem fine to me, are you using some sort of braking assist? Fully press trigger down with abs off and I promise you will lock it up.
You might want to change the deadzones in the advanced controller options (or as leetorts mentioned change the braking assists).
Since it seems that you only played the demo I’m not sure if there is an option to change the deadzones in the demo, but you can change the assists.

Wheel lock up definitely occurs too soon for most cars. Makes it hard to heel and toe without locking up the wheels sometimes.
Only way to fix that is to drop the brake pressure a bit, but sadly you can’t do that on stock cars.
You all guys misunderstood me. There are 2 problems:
- Brakes are too sensitive, light touch feels like hard braking. There should be option to set up brake linearity, Forza is probably only racing sim that doesn’t have it.
- Braking into stop is glitched, it’s present also in Horizon 3 and Forza 6 (don’t know about other Forzas). It’s mostly important in Horizon series when you want to do smooth stop at a crossing or so. Explained in the video below:
