Updated tunes as of 27th April 2014.

I added a second tune for Lotus E21. Please try it. It’s a very fast and exciting tune.

Look for the share name 211@Lemans.

'Been hard at creating a new tune for E21 for Nordschleife.

Please try it. The name of the tune is NORDSCHLEIFE, author Bogsle.

This tune was created with the ABS OFF, Steering NORMAL, TCS/TSC OFF, Shifting MANUAL w/o clutch.

I just added an updated shared tune for Nurburgring, specifically Nordschleife. This one is supposed to have much, much more GRIP.

The share name is NORDSCHLEIFE v2. Please try it and kindly “Like” it also if you find it good or okay for you on the track. Tune was created with ABS OFF, Steering NORMAL, TCS/TSC OFF, Shifting MANUAL w/o clutch.

I know a lot of you prefer open source tunes instead of the downloadable version. This is fun also, because we can see the actual configuration of the tune and gives option for possibly tweak it according to our liking.

Removing too much clutter.

You got it to work Bogsle, Nice! The 458 is a hard car to tune, not easy at all. Took me a good hour to get it from not spinning out.
If you got the car drive-able, then it must be a good tune!

I will be giving attention back 458 soon, as I feel that like everything that I tune, there is still lots of room for improvement.

But coming from you, RR, that is one major feedback. Thank you.

'Just an observation I have during my tuning of the Lotus E21, the machine is perfect (well, at least in FM5).

As I was trying to further improve on the grip for the E21 for Nordschleife, the car seem to best respond with very minimal alignment settings, with the help of course of equally balanced tuning of other components like the springs, differential and damping.

Provided that the driving also is proper like early breaking on corners, gradual on the acceleration, etc, the objective of the tune for the E21 changes from having more grip and quick-on-the-turn to achieving more, much more stability and control instead.

I like this game.

record it with game dvr and then using upload app on to youtube (5min limit per video), alternatively stream yourself on twitch but go in to options on their website and in your account preferences tick “record my broadcast” or archive my brodcasts. once stream is finished you can upload it onto youtube account (no time limit). sorry for bad english is 2:10 am in UK :wink:

Okay this is it. I have made my last and final update on NORDSCHLEIFE v2 tune. I feel that too much time has been spent on this tune more than any other and I don’t want to touch it anymore. I want to work on the 458 Italia now, yahooooo!

I know I’m supposed to working on other tunes instead of going back to the E21. I was doing that already, trust me. ‘Been workin’ on two BMW’s, the 2013 M3 Racing and 2009 M3 GT2. But then I discovered a few things while searching for information on the Beamers. This inspired me to tweak again and improve my E21 for “The Ring”.

This time a was able put more pressure or downward force to the front end of the car that led to so much more traction of the front wheels. No, I did not use the drag tire compound. You will be able to feel the effect of the change as the steering became noticeably a bit “weighty” than the previous tune “NORDSCHLEIFE v2”. I believe this tune will be very good for all the Nurb tracks. Thus, I created a new share for it called NUR ALL TRACKS. Please try it.
