hi i need some help with picking a new S class and A class cars i have many and they are good but mostly looking for good power to weight but most of all i want high handling any suggestions ?
Depends on track and whether you end up with good builds / tunes.
S class
Shortest tracks try the new open wheel cars like the Formula Ford and F2000.
Ferrari F50 and Dodge Vipers are quite good.
The original V8 supercars can be good but I have found there are only a few good tunes out there.
A class can’t go past a Lotus. I like the Elise for shorter tracks and Exige for longer tracks.
To echo Satnite:
Ferarri F40 & F50 are brilliant, though the F40 might suffer a bit in the top speed department in S-class.
SRT Viper is very good too, super-stable, but is a little unwieldy due to its width.
Lotuses can be VERY quick, but are twitchy, especially the Exige.
As SatNite and B Wald mentioned, the F50, SRT Viper, and Lotuses are great. Another to look at for A class would be the BMW M1. It might not be “top-top of the LBs” quick, but on certain courses it’s been VERY competitive in my experience online (catalunya, long beach, and the 'Ring GP to name a few). It’s pretty “balanced” in terms of power/handling, though geared a bit more towards handling in most tunes I’ve seen. Good low-end power and smooth handling.
thanks SatNiteEduardo B Wald Big Mek and R6 Nighthawk for the ideas i already got most of those i was thinking something more out of the ordinary like a sleeper something you build up to compete with the Ferrari’s vipers etc.

Check the S class leaderboards in rivals and see if any cars show up that you were not expecting.
Maybe the Ford RS200 Evolution.
Ah, I see. Maybe try an old Corvette, The C1 (1960) has potential, I have a B-class one. Maybe pump up a VW Bug? There’s Porsche DNA in that thing!
Depends how good you need the car to be.
Try:
Honda NSX
Lancia 037
Saleen S7
If you’re looking for a “sleeper” of a great handling car, try the Maserati MC12…I have yet to find a car in this game that handles as well as this (in A or S class, INCLUDING the Exige). It doesn’t have the top end that some A- and S-class cars have, but then neither does the Exige. I’m maybe a little above-average driver (about the best I can manage is to get within 10sec. of the leaders on most tracks), but personally, I would love to see what some the really fast drivers can do with the MC12.
Name a class and track and we can have a mini tuning and hotlap comp.
My S Class TVR Sargaris is a brilliant car, got a couple of top 25’s,
Great for power tracks spa ect.
A Class - 2013 Mazda USF2000 has a 6.8 handling. no power but a you can go flat out almost everywhere.
