Benchmark High Speed Ring
Benchmark High Speed Ring is a fictional location set in Texas, which appeared in Forza Motorsport 3 and 4. This location was notable for its 4-mile banked oval as well as smaller circuits and drag strip.
Benchmark High Speed Ring features 7 track layouts, all of which can be driven in reverse, and two drag racing configurations, for a total 16 track layouts.
I’ll say here what I was saying in the Test Track Airfield subject, more layouts. There’s plenty to do in an open space. Personally, I’d prefer if Route A were a little more refined just so it’s not one big lot that you circle around. Getting real track limits for it would be nice. Routes like F, B, and C were just right in that regard. Route E is just a flat circle though. I’d consider making that into some form of a figure eight type layout. The 4-mile ring is fine as is. As is the standard now, pit lanes have to be accounted for unlike the original but that could literally just be some tents since theres so many differently placed layouts.
