Be able to rejoin spectate mode when getting kicked out of lobby

At least for league racing it becomes a problem to where when someone lags out of the lobby, racer or spectator, for some reason you can’t join back into the lobby and try to spectate the race. So if a league like tora was broadcasting their racing and the commentator(s) lag out of the lobby they wont be able to join back in and try and pick up where they left off.

Spectate: Cannot spectate an in-progress race if you join lobby mid-race

If you join a Private Lobby while a race is in progress, you cannot Spectate said race. Spectate is only selectable if you are in the pre-race lobby and manually select it before the race starts. [image]
