Spectate: separate lobby slots for spectators & drivers

Hello to developers at T10!
Here’s my idea for having spectator mode in the featured multiplayer: separate player slots from spectator slots so that lobbies can have full grid of cars while spectators can watch the race.

Spectate Mode for Featured Multiplayer

Vote on this topic if you’d like to see the Spectate Mode features that are in Private Multiplayer (added in Update 12) brought to Featured Multiplayer.
