I’m pretty sure this has been asked before, but since “Search” doesn’t work I’ll have to ask again
First, I’m trying to find all Bonus Boards by myself, so please don’t reply “Buy the treasure map” or link to solution guides!
Now, my question is simple:
Are all Bonus Boards available after you unlock all seasons, or do some get unlocked through progress in Horizon stories and others?
I’m asking, because I spent days scouring the map and have most of them, and then when I couldn’t find any more, I scored a couple more stars in something and voila, more Bonus Boards pretty much right next to my house. Obviously, I can’t be certain, but it feels like progressing made them appear.
nope all are there from the start
some are just difficult to access and are easier to get as you progress…ramps appear as you level up danger signs
some are on islands in the lakes which maybe only accessible during winter
maybe if don’t want to buy the treasure map look at one of the many online maps
They appear on the map when you pass close by them, so they probably appeared after you did more activities just because you’d passed by them, even though you hadn’t noticed them at the time.
