Last week on Tuesday I received I ban on my account so I couldn’t play forza 6 for a 167 hrs so it should be lifted some time today but I come back online today and my ban is now been increased to a whopping 719hrs all I need to find out is who to contact about this issue as I would like to explain a huge reason as to why this could of happened my theory is that it was during a race where I was accused of intentionally wrecking when I made no attempt to do so, however I was involved in an accident with a racer but this person who I refuse to public ally humiliate sent me multiple abusive messages on Xbox live and threatened to ruin my online experience by saying he would target me in every lobby he saw me in. Now I could mention word for word what this person said but it involves severe profanity and abuse which I refuse to re type. He proceeded to invite me to a party with 10 other people and harassed me and said how he will get these people to report me. So I don’t understand why my 1 week ban for a wreck in one lobby has now become a 719hour ban. The reason for this ban I will never know. I admit the first ban was well deserved as I did cause that wreck which I apologised for. But this 2nd ban placed on my account for a huge 719hours isn’t justifiable. What must I have done. I guess this is what happens when 10 people and this one guy target you with abusive slurs and messages. I may just resort to playing this game. £80 of my own money wasted due to the one simple fact that I have been banned for being a victim of abusive messages and threats over a racing game…
I would like to also include the fact that I emailed the turn 10 community team to find out why exactly I had been banned the day my ban had occurred yet in one weeks time (the length of my ban) I still have no reply. I would like to go back to playing this game online as I have had many fun races but my annoyance is what I just mentioned beforehand. I hope this gets sorted out soon sorry to any inconvenience caused by me in an attempt to stop being victimised by fully grown men…
Yes, a violation - actually an initial violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct repeated after the first ban was completed, i.e., intentionally crashing people in online races.
First, those types of bans are for (1) seven days (168 hours) and (2) 30 days (720 hours). Evidence has shown you apparently aren’t playing very nice with others - intentionally crashing others by cutting corners to ram cars, creeping along on the track while waiting for passers to brake-check or knock off course. Being disruptive while others are trying to race competitively is unsportsmanlike, and apparently Turn 10 knows you’ve taken the same actions twice now.
