Banned from FM6 multiplayer

Hello everyone,

I just started FM6 and I got a message from Turn 10 saying I am banned from Multiplayer for 160h (until 31/8/2016, lol!!!). No explanation or anything.

I know I have been probably banned for wrecking on purpose (which I did for ONLY 2 people who sent me straight into the wall while I was in the 1st place). The only offensive thing that I might have said is “for fck sake" and "duche” on mic (like I hear almost everyone saying those things, plus many worse other ones) and no more than 3 times. I have send maybe 5-6 messages to people for some discussion on race (“why did you hit me”, “you didn’t have to do that”, no offensive behavior at messages).

During these days of ForzaRC I have been called many offensive names, got wrecked on numerous turns and straights by hundreds of players (some of them multiple times in multiple races), got harassed in voice and text chat and had my XBL reputation dropped (and I know it’s because of troll/false reports from players I have encountered on FM6 Leagues because I have almost exclusively played FM6 for the last days) and now banned from the rest of the Week 3. I may have report 1-2 of those just for the extreme offensive behavior that they showed towards me. Generally though, I just mute and keep going. BUT I have seen a large part of those people (maybe 50/100) who have been continuously racing for the entire championship (until today) so obviously they haven’t been banned or anything.

Therefore, I would like to know why they have kept playing for 3 weeks now without any consequences. Or why I have been banned for the rest of the Week.

But more importantly, I would like to know what will happen with the prizes I have probably won during the RC. Will I receive them or not? (I haven’t seen any reference about this in the Rules in ESL but if I am missing something, please let me know)

To conclude, I believe my ban is justifiable, though at least I deserve an explanation. However, I believe that the duration of it is unfair and I have been treated unfairly compared to other people who continuously have violated sportsmanship behavior. And I think that I have lost more than I may have gained from this championship and all because of other people’s actions towards me.

The first time ban is actually 178 hours, you’ve just seen the count-down clock in-game from when the ban was place for violating the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. It is unsportsmanlike conduct to intentionally wreck other race participants online.

Neither bans nor the enforcement of the regulations are discussed on these forums. You may send an email to forzafb@microsoft.com if you wish, however, your ban will probably expire prior to receiving a response. Also, watch if you post again on the forums, the same basic rules apply for implied profanity, etc., here as they do on Xbox Live.
