AWD cars tuning

my tip would be that the brakes are a huge force for tyer ware so make your brakes more rearward for more even wear.

Your understeering.

Check your tire temps in telemetry. Front tires overheating vs the rear. Here’s some pics for setup guides. Front tires always gona be hotter there doing the most work but this can help even that out and make it more user friendly to drive. Suspension geo has a lot to play with this to, experiment w the bar one way and the opposite and see how it changed the handling characteristics. Find a tune that suites you. Also the differential, a higher number diff (locked) in the front will be harder to turn, lower the acceleration and deceleration in the front (makes it a open differential), add more acceleration to the rear for more and easier rotation under power. Good luck. :v:

If u drive AWD… RWD swap it if possible, if not use 100/0 100/0 95 diff settings . Well u can increase rear deceleration values if needed.

Don’t follow this consensus of front bars being less rigid than the rear. Pay attention to the pros and cons of the stiffness of each bar. Do not follow the consensus of the deceleration differential being 0. The CIVIC 97, for example, works best between 20 and 25%, depending on how the other settings are. Generally you need the front springs to be a little stiffer than the rear. But everything is interconnected.

I feel 100/0 quite extreme on a wheel/pedal setup. Maybe I setup something wrong with my DD granturismo pro but with extreme dif setting the car got the bad feeling to spin out of corner enter.

Oversteer on corner entry. Some things to look into.
Your braking, are you braking too late into a turn and offsetting the car balance?
Is your brake balance too far to the rear?
Is your differential setting too low for the decel? If you want we can meet up and I’ll try to help you work on your tune. :v:

well thats the point, u put more power to rear so that front tyres dont wear so much, u are basically forced to make awd cars handle like rwd.

U can try 75/0 75/25 90 to see if it helps, tho i personaly would keep decceleration to 0 for more rotation on corner entry.

Yep I usually got the habit of braking quite late and having a new cellshock pedal is not helping much since I need to get used to it. Usually I keep my differential decel setting around 10-13

@Methariorn have a gander over this I posted earlier. If you think about it save a replay and share it sometimes another point of view can help diagnose things. If it’s loose under braking it could be your brake bias need more up front. If it’s getting loose wo gas or brake I’d try like 10 more clicks higher in the decel. And take a few laps to see if it improved. Since you got new pedals I know it sounds weird but try keeping a little gas on while your downshifting and preparing for corner entry maintain that little bit of throttle pressure while your trail braking. If you want to see how I do it check out some of my rival time trials. I found keeping a little bit of throttle on can help with the car balance. You can see your cars balance using the gforce telemetry. I’m no expert or claim to be just trying to be friendly and share some of my knowledge. :v:

I find 32/0 100/0 68 is perfect for most cars
