I’m super excited for that red race suit!

Can safely say after just 1 attempt that bizarre AI + bad teammates will be a plenty for anyone who enjoys them in this trial.

1 crashed in the tunnel between the containers 1st race and brought me + a teammate to near 0mph then a Wrangler DD roasted everyone in the 2nd setting a time in the mid 1:50’s which is top 100 time in rivals.

Had probably the highest level team I’ve ever had but it was only me and a 5 star + level 200 odd who contributed the majority of the team’s points.

Best of luck to everyone, I think you’re going to need it.

Looks like another CC trial next week judging by the name + reward too, oh joy…

2nd try trial, glad it did not take 10 tries this week.

Hmm, Modern Race Suit Red…can either win the Trial…or get it from the shop for 75 FP.

Has this ever happened before? Where the reward for an event just happened to be offered in the Forzashop? Seems kinda silly.

when i hit 50%, the animation showed a 512 S.

weird.

Did the trial everyone dropped out. Don’t usually play live… I have LIVE for a free trial.

Yeah, i got a Ferrari 512S and the Porsche 718 GTS for 50%

i looked away so i didn’t notice a porsche. my garage is full atm, so i guess i’ll get em when i get em.

Yep same here

Same here. I was wondering whether there was something I missed, but the list of events and rewards above says nothing about it.

Interesting trial again, with people torpedoing me and trying to push me out of checkpoint …
Anyway 3x 1st for me and 1:2 for team.
A 800 Jeep Wrangler DD, tune - 756 246 482
alternative Jeep Trailcat, tune - 877 210 367

Now lets hope for championships without “special” people, so …
Lambo championship, easy pick really
S1 900 Lambo Huracan LP 610-4, tune - 488 011 727
alternative Lambo Diablo SV, tune - 143 826 799

Next is retro rally championship and again I already have a car ready for it, maybe use it with manual+clutch transmission, but personally couldn’t be bothered, as it can easily win against unbeatables with auto transmission.
B 700 Subaru Impreza 22B, tune - 221 272 558

and finally Holden championship, Maybe small grippy Torana could do it, yes it can
C 600 Holden Torana, tune - 105 352 807

Forzathon car … van … Ford Transit Supersportvan, reused A 800 tune from a while back - 816 274 044, along with Lakehurst Forest Sprint, code - 691 610 875 (just drive straight), Then just go chase those bins around Edinburgh and cars to trade paint.

PR stunts as always, Agera RS, tune - 167 849 655 for speed trap and danger sign and McLaren Senna, tune - 176 256 116 for spees zone

To finish it all, again a lil pic

As always hope this is also of any help to someone, take care and have fun everyone, bb

The Holden Championship is a bit … too easy? I used the Torana A9X with GreetedDust8’s Playground Games tune. Acceleration and cornering is certainly good with this build but it’s top speed will have you starving on any straight - no wonder as you don’t need a huge top speed for PGG. First race was a bit close when the AI almost caught up to me on the final straight, huge leads on the other 2 races though.

Did all PR Stunts with the BAC Mono, trial with the Trailcat, not bothering with anything else this week.

What kind of sick, inhuman monster gives us a Retro Rally B class event… and puts the entire thing on ROAD courses? Fire that fiend at once. (Obviously I tease, but the fun of the Rally etc. cars is sliding around like a madman on the dirt courses. Sigh.)

Also, the duplicate prizes for the %'s happened last week as well. Actually, it’s been happening for several weeks. Though previously they’d been CR or Wheelspin prizes. This time it’s other cars hidden underneath. For example, one of the %'s last week got a Crown Vic. Didn’t see what the other as.

1988 Holden VL Commodore Group A SV

Pros:

  • It’s a Holden
  • Very nice to drive
  • Good stats at B700
  • Straight port from FM7 so no visible bugs

Cons:

  • Few and boring engine swap options
  • Shares the (bad) sound with 20 other cars in the game
  • One of the ugliest sedans ever made despite the bodykit being very cool
  • Exclusive for the second time in a row (originally locked in FM7)

The extra competion rewards are the Series 16 rewards:

Summer:
50% Green Man
80% Crown Vic
Autumn:
50% Ferarri 512 S
80% Alien Morph Suit
Winter:
50% ATS GT '18
80% Mclaren 12C
Spring:
50% Diablo GTF
80% Lotice Elise '05
Total:
50% Aventador '12
80% Ferarri 250 tr

I was wondering why I had a Green Man suit pop up when I did the last daily challenge from last season to push me to 50% for Summer. I got the BMW from last season and the Green Man Suit.

Good detective work.

thoze celicas are expensive get em

Yup and got the unexpected Crown Vic last week as well. Got 3 of them now, need to turn them into something. Might turn one into a drag…will work on my shifting.

So not finished the events yet but did Trial and PGG and the PRs. Every time there is an A800 CC, I have used the same Jeep Trailcat. Ok, I love it and it’s still good, but I wanted to change. So I did up a CJ5 Renegade. I already had it tuned to C600 for some past event, so I added to it and off we went. Well, it out-accelerates everything. It does not have the top end, but really doesn’t need it. It might not be the most stable for rough terrain but this Trial wasn’t really like that. Got a bit of bad luck during the runs, so I’m going to do them again to see what I can get out of it. No reason why it can’t be all firsts. Gonna mess with the gearing as well, make it a little tighter.

Ran a Volvo in the PGG. I liked the livery I had for it in MS6, so I ported it over then tuned it up. It ran great. Tons of traction, fast, but still suffered from my teammates dropping out. Oh well.

I’ll be back tomorrow with tunes. I’m interested to see what more I can squeeze out of the CJ5

It’s possible to win the Holden championship with an upgraded Sandman. But if I had it to do again, I’d go with one of the muscle cars instead.
