So, I’m sure I didn’t miss it, but was there an August car pack this month? All we got was a Aston Martin from the update.
No car pack yet…still 2 more weeks though lol
There are several post that indicate that there is DLC coming.

Sorry but unless the DLC release is hidden, I see nothing to indicate that we’ll see a car pack by Friday. If the car pack is coming, I see no reason for T10 to keep this information from us, other than them wanting to pull a “surprise” at the last minute on Friday. Personally it’s this sort of nonsense that’s gotten kinda old. If the car pack is not coming, I’d rather they be honest about it so the venting of frustrations can start. I respect the fact that T10 is working to improve FM7, but I think a lot of what they’re doing is getting lost in the pre launch hype of FH4.

Or y’know, that’s exactly what they’re doing and maybe they’re not ready to announce anything new yet.

What do they have to honest about
There was never any mention ,let alone any promise , that there was going to be an August DLC
All they said was there was going to be another future dlc for the car pass

you are not getting anything this week, probably in September update after Labor Day. No one said there is DLC every month and they have skipped a bunch of times. Relax

See this is what happens every time someone asks about the DLC. I’m almost positive that there was a suggestion by T10 that we would get a car pack in July and August. Honesty on their part goes a long way to repairing the damage they’ve done to community. I’ve also given them props for recognizing that the game hasn’t exactly lived up to the potential we expect from them. However, what I see here on a constant basis is that anyone who asks reasonable questions about the DLC are ridiculed for wondering what’s going on. If I pay for a product, I think that gives me a reasonable right to ask questions, without being vulgar or unreasonable in that endeavor.
They said the Car Pass would get two more car packs, plus Hoonigan. They never stated those car packs would be in July and August, just that there would be two more of them.
No one has been ridiculed nor has anyone been vulgar or unreasonable.
Most people that get ridiculed, as you say, are the ones who ask about and assume there is no DLC for the month once the first Tuesday hit and there isn’t any DLC. That’s on them for assuming it will always be on the first Tuesday, not the forum users who comment.

Turn 10’s July update announcements did not state anything about August:
FIRST: "The July update for Forza Motorsport 7 arrives on July 10! This update includes new features and improvements to the game based on community feedback, as well as some exciting new content in our Porsche Spotlight Cars and the Top Gear Car Pack. The Porsche Spotlight Cars will be free to all Forza 7 players, and the Top Gear Car Pack is one of two additional car packs recently added to the Forza Motorsport 7 Car Pass.
SECOND: “If you’re a Forza Motorsport 7 Car Pass owner, the Top Gear Car Pack will be available to you at no additional charge; it’s one of two new packs we’ve added to the Car Pass. Look for more information on the other pack in the future.”
