Just submitting this thread in relation to any news in regards to a July DLC pack.
Anyone who is willing to shed some light on this topic is more than welcome and I’d appreciate it greatly.
Have been waiting since day 1 for a JDM car pack with a few various cars for example (Honda Civic FD2R,Toyota Jzx chassis) to be added but nothing yet. The large portion of the forza community would appreciate one I’m more than confident too.
(Keep in mind this is not a car request or suggestion but rather a request to source information on the next pack)
These thread always appear way too early before packs are announced. They will release info on the new pack a few days to a week before the car pack is due out or they may not depending on their schedule.
You may see a clue thread for the new car pack next week
Also, just because you want something, does not mean the majority of Forza fans want it. The cars that usually appear in the packs ARE the ones the majority of fans want. Turn 10 look at requests and build up a list of most requested things, and work from there. If you don’t see anything you like, you’re probably not in the majority.
What a croc why dont you read through the wishlist we have hardly got any of the cars requested even by the community read it you will see for yourself im sick of paying for cars that were already in forza 4 the last booster pack wasn’t bad some of the race cars were cool and I dont recall seeing them on the wishlist its been badly neglected and the drifting phyisics aren’t as good as number 4
There will always be people complaining about the cars in the game. You have to also realize there is a lot more that goes into putting a car into Forza. Yes they do consider what cars people want, but don’t forget they also need a perfect example of the car that they can have full access to so they can properly scan and record, then to top it all also resolve licensing issues with the owner, manufacturer, etc. We should be thankful for the content we have and cut them some slack. Think of it, if it was you who had to add a car to a game, what hoops would you have to jump through to make it happen?
There was a honda car pack earlier and that’ll probably be the only jdm car pack. Usually those types of cars are mixed in with cooler looking cars or cars that have some serious racing pedigree. There hasn’t been a full car pack specific to one style of car since the muscle car pack from FM4. Even with a car pack theme, there’s always some random cars thrown in. I think they learned from FM3 that its better to have a mix of cars in car packs. It was a common gripe.
