Straight from this weeks week in review:

July Cars Coming Tuesday!
Folks, a new DLC car pack is coming to Forza Motorsport 5 on Tuesday, July 1. Normally we’d do a “clue” thread in the forums, dropping some delicious hints about the next pack of cars. However, with John on vacation this week, we haven’t been able to do a traditional thread. That said, I’ve got a couple of teases for you about next week’s pack that will hopefully whet your appetite for what I believe is one of our strongest FM5 packs yet. Here we go:

Car 1
Another “Grand Prix Legend”.

Car 2
Ascari almost won in it.

Car 3
Pure poison.

Car 4
Ferdinand Porsche designed cars other than VWs and Porsches.

Car 5
It ain’t a Beauville, and I never understood that name.

Car 6
Around the farm this old boy would serve you well.

Car 7
“last of the V8 interceptors”

Car 8
You don’t have to jump through quite as many rings to to spin up thiS ride. But the driving experience is Still sure to Satisfy.

Car 9
One of the rungs on the ladder to being immortalized as a racing hero.

Car 10
It was accused of copying the Mustang, and is considered anything but dull by JDM enthusiasts.

There you go: Clues about all of the cars in next month’s pack. One note for those who aren’t aware: the July Car Pack in Forza 5 is included as part of the Forza 5 Car Pass. If you already own a Car Pass, you’ll be getting Tuesday’s crop of new cars at no additional charge. In addition, as with all Forza 5 DLC cars, if you have purchased either the pack or individual cars, you’ll be able to add those cars to your Forza 5 garage without needing to spend additional in-game credits or tokens. Bring on Tuesday!

Another Grand Prix Legends = Lotus 49

My wish is Ferrari 312 F1 but I don’t think it will be first choice for many, including FM5 July DLC.

Still, Lotus 49 (or any '67 F1) is EPIC! My GPL wish/dream has finally ALMOST come true! FM5 is still missing '67 Spa . . .

#1 Any car driven by Senna would be Legend-ary!

#2 Def the Ferrari 375 from 51’.

#3 Please be the Lamborghini Veneno!! (But probably another Cobra, either Mustang or the 1000)

With Turn 10 and Playground having a great relationship with Lamborghini s it possible that they scanned the veneno for forza 5. Because in my opinion since there’s only 3 or 4 in the world and I think it would be a little hard to get one of them.

Poison translates to Italian as “veleno”, which is close enough to “Veneno”, as in Laborghini, which would match with the “Drive 500 miles in a Lamborghini” challenge.

Veneno in spanish means poision. All lambos have a spanish name since italian and spanish is almost the same.

Clue 2: it can be may things but either the lancia D50 or the ferrari 500

Clue 3: Lambo veneno as veneno is Spanish for venom and that’s pure poison

Another “Grand Prix Legend”. 1st choice BMW 328 Grand Prix (German Lengend) and was the fastest car in its class back in the late 30’s and early 40’s.

2nd choice Mercedes w125 Grand Prix

Ascari almost won in it. Ferrari 166 F2 Grand Prix. Alberto Ascari was racing in one in the British Grand Prix.

Pure poison. Lamborghini Veneno. Veneno in Spanish is poison or venom.

Veneno seems logical, but there might be other possibilities. Henessey Venom GT2 springs to mind.

You do have a point, but I think its very unlikely because we all ready have the regular version. We’ll probably hopefully see one in Horizon 2 but I wouldn’t mind to see a 1500HP/287mph Hennessey.

If the Sesto Elemento or Veneno are in this pack I may cry tears of joy.

Another “Grand Prix Legend”. I think this refers to the 1998 simulation Grand Prix Legends by Papyrus. One of the best sims ever.

The Brabham BT24 was in that sim. I’m betting the Lotus 49 will be the next car, although the Ferrari 312 could be it as well.

I wonder if the Gumpert Apollo or Saleen Raptor will return in this pack.

I am personally hoping that car #1 is Senna’s McLaren 1992 MP4/4
