It’s kinda baffling cos you can get tunes for next too nothing, you can also get paints without having too pay for them, But something extra has too be added otherwise it will just fail.
When does the auction house unlock on this game I’ve already won the drivers cup and reached level 10 in the car collection thing and at level 55 [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]? Pm me on Xbox message it’s easier if you know anything.
Auction house isn’t out yet, might be released when the one x comes out but there is no date yet

Well hopefully I’ve already pre ordered the Xbox one x so hope to see something soon and hope it has elite paint jobs to
ok so xbox one x Project Scorpio Edition is the only one with a paint job on it not the reg x … as for forza well you may of got the cup but now there a elite cup for each one so have fun 
The only info at this time given on the release date for the Auction House is “post launch”. Other than that, there’s no timeframe as to when it will be available. I assume both the Auction House as well as the first Forzathon events will be sometime next month. T10 has a lot to work on before they should even think about opening the AH.

I think the ah will launch around the same time Forzathon wil. Give it a couple weeks and it will open up.
I wonder if you can sell the forza editions cars for the same auction price as fh3 that be nice.

no one knows, it might be around the time of the one x release but, there has been no announcement so, it is just a guess
well that sucks considering ive been playing for 2weeks already and moreless completed the game already ?
The last FH3 Forzathon event ends on november 1st. (It’s likely that they will put all the focus on FM7 at that point.)
The Xbox One X will be released november 7th.
November 7th also is the first tuesday of the month, the day new car packs usually arrive.
It would make sense to start the auction house at that point too.

Hey guys, is the action houses an add on features, as it’s greyed out since almost 3 weeks now.
I had early access and it still doesn’t work. I’ve made a lot of cool cars and really want to sell them on the auction houses.
Money is getting tight for me, as I’m trying to find the awesome blue tuxedo driver gear, (it’s the best one). I am still racing,
But want to know if anyone knows when this game will have all its advertised features working. Thanks!

Hey all,
I have a question for the Forza community; were you a fan of how T10 handled the auction house in FH3, and would want to see that system back in FM7?
I am talking about how elite painters/tuners were able to sell cars for insane prices, elite painters/tuners essentially ruled the auction house.
I personally was not, as I was constantly having to check the auction house numerous times a day simply to find a decent price on Forzathon cars that I missed.
The Ferrari 599XX being the worst offender, just for it to be added back as a Forzathon car months later. I play Forzas to have fun and race, but I also love collecting cars. After all is said and done, and I am finishing up my stint with the game, I like hopping back every now and then and being able to get into whatever car the game has to offer and just go for a casual drive.
I reached that goal in FH3, but it was a long rocky road thanks to having to refresh the search for sometimes 30 minutes straight in hopes of finding Forzathon cars I missed for reasonable prices.
I did not mind there being a upcharge for the Forzathon cars, as they were rarer, and more people wanted them than there were available, but it was just unreal at times. $5,000,000 for an AMC Pacer, that would normally go for no more than $40,000 without the elite status upcharge?
And I never understood why some people got sweaty over having infinite amounts of money in the game. You needed roughly $100,000,000 to buy every single car in the game, after that, there was really nothing else to buy other than parts to tune the cars.
Some people find enjoyment in flipping cars, and that is understandable but you don’t flip cars for 100x than what they’re worth unless they’re some sort of unicorn.
I hardly every placed any bids on cars in FH3, as I found myself buying out the cars instead that were up for better prices, which sucked because I really enjoyed the feeling of winning a car knowing I brought other bidders to their limits. Instead, the feeling translated to me being anxious during the “attempting to buy-out” screen, and hoping my Internet was faster than someone else who noticed the reasonable price and didn’t beat me to it. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of an auction house?
I understand and respect the fact that elite painters and tuners deserve something, as their work is amazing and they are making free content for the game, but not the ability to essentially rule the game’s economy.
I also understand that some cars need to be rare, and to some, collecting is their desire to play the game. Trust me, after you own every car in the game, you get bored a lot quicker without any motivation to pursue a certain car you are eyeballing.
So in a way, some cars need to be really hard to get, as it satisfies the game’s market prices for cars and it keeps people playing.
I would not mind if elite painters/tuners are given a similar ability in FM7, but only if the max they can upcharge would be around 20x.
What changes would you like to see done on the auction in FM7?

I suspect the auction house will open along with the marketplace once the first monthly car pack is launched, which I believe will be on Tuesday 7th November. It may go live when the next patch is made available though, I guess nobody knows except T10.
