Any update for people who can't start the game on PC?

I’m one of those people who haven’t been able to start the game since the last update. It quickly crashes to the desktop after launching. I’ve tried all the suggestions , but none of them worked. I haven’t seen anything on turn 10’s twitter or the forums acknowledging it.

I’m on the latest build of W10 1709. Seems like there is a real problem with the update process with respoect to FM7 and the Windows Store. Finally go tmine working but it involved multiples uses of WSRESET.EXE from an Admin command prompt and combinations of using the updates portion of Windows Store to get the FM7 update and add/remove the Hoonigan’s Pack; tried to many things to know exactly which sequence was the “magic bullet” but T10 really needs to document what they expect the official PC update process to be as multiple users are encountering problems.

It’s certainly not like the standard Windows 10 update process, where if you encounter issues you are recommended to click on the Update button to check if you have the latest updates or not, and can review Update History to see if anything had failed.

I had the same problem after the latest windows 10 update. Uninstalling and then reinstalling worked for a day, now I cannot start Forza 7 again!

Dear Fellows,
I faced the same issue here in Brazil… I solved it uninstalling and installing again the game… Of course it took me 2 days… Buy it solved my issue and the game start working again in a regular basis,

I probably wouldn’t recommend people doing this unless you don’t mind the headache, time and bandwidth.
The game is very erratic.

So reinstalling it may just appear to fix the issue only to resurface.

I stopped running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to fix a game I paid for.
I am now waiting for them to do the right thing and fix these issues.

I tried everything reasonable and obvious but that is it.

It is a shame the lengths people are having to go to to try and fix this thing.

I’m not going to spend two days downloading the game every time their’s a new update. That’s garbage.

Hi I also have this issue, the problem is I dont see the game in my games library??

Just reset the Forza application in the Windows settings. I’m not sure, but probably this option is available from version 1703 or 1709
