It’s hard for me to tell right now because I’ve been doing a lot of tuning. But I feel that I’ve plateaued or the car has. Running the same car and setup, over and over there should be a noticeable difference right? From the first race till present.
The game does take in account miles and hours driven right?
I don’t think it does.
Nope. I’ve run my Ford stock car hundreds of times and it’s always the same. How well it handles is in direct relation to how many beers I’ve had!

Two reasons why it feels different:
- You get accustomed to the car. A new tune will seem different to drive at first until you get used to it. Then it’ll seem normal to you after a while.
- The way the game saves the numbers on the tunes sometimes makes rounding errors that change your settings VERY slightly. That’s why if you load a tune that has 500.0 spring rate in the rear when saved, you might see 500.2 when you load it up again. It probably doesn’t change much, but it has to be different to some degree.
